What You’ll Do
  • Engage with both Russian- and English-speaking customers to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend relevant insurance solutions (Auto, Life, Home, etc.)
  • Follow up on leads, quote policies, and assist with applications and sales processes
  • Manage service-related requests including billing, policy updates, and claims
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
  • Collaborate closely with licensed agents to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluency in both Russian and English (verbal and written)
  • Sales-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly and explain complex concepts clearly
  • Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (support provided for the right candidate)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
