"I never actually selected Marat's firm to be my insurance agent. I actually shopped around my insurance on my own, wrote my own policy using State Farm's website and was originally assigned to a different agent that is no longer in business, and my account was transferred to Marat. That being said, Marat's office staff have been decent as a whole, but I'm rating this as one star, because I do not appreciate being review farmed. Reviews should be earned, not requested. If I truly received service worthy of a 5 star review, I would have left one of my own accord. The text message I received actually stated that "Please make sure to mention my name, as Marat actively checks to see if reviews are being left." Ridiculous. When I moved from my condo, I ended up renting the property out. I called Marat's office to switch the policy to a rental insurance policy. Instead, it was canceled with no new policy being written. I had to call back and reexplain what I was trying to do. It took five or six tries to remove a vehicle that I had sold from my auto insurance policy. And just to be petty, whoever drives the SUV with Marat's face plastered across the side should probably respect the stop signs in his neighborhood by coming to a complete stop, instead of almost causing accidents on several occasions."
